Cash donation distributes among the families of 17 abducted persons

LANDIKOTAL: A welfare organization at Landikotal press club on Thursday provided financial assistance to the relatives of 17 persons who were abducted before some three months from Enzaro-Nao area of Landikotal subdivision.

A distribution ceremony was organized where the representatives of the Custom and Health Care Society(CHCS) given the cash donation of Rs.5700 to each victim family of Abdul Khad and Gagra.

Relatives of the abducted families, Wali Mohammad, Niaz Mohammad, Khial Zar and Shair Hussain thanked the society officials for providing assistance to the victim families.

CHCS official, doctor Asif Mehmood Jan while talking a media man on phone said that their society provides assistance to every deserved persons on humanitarian basis. 

Meanwhile, the elders and children of the 17 abducted persons have appealed the President of Pakistan, the Prime minister and Chief of Army Staff to take notice of the issue and take steps to recovery and release the 17 abducted persons.

It is to mention here that 17 local persons of Abdul Khad and Gagra went to celebrate Eid holidays at a nearby mountainous area of Landikotal ‘Enzaro-Nao’ bordering Afghanistan Ningarhar province before three months when they were kidnapped by some gunmen and it is said that the abducted persons were in the captivity of a militant group in Ningarhar province of Afghanistan.
